Noted Local Architect Fondly Recalls Casa Blanca

In 1983, Marc Candelaria, Principal of Candelaria Design Associates, served as the project manager for phases two and three of the iconic Casa Blanca development. Nearly a decade later, in 1992, after earning his architect’s license, he returned to Casa Blanca to take on a major renovation and expansion of the historic Christensen Onion Dome Residence, working closely with its third owner to preserve its unique character while modernizing the space.
