The Iconic Dome in Photos

One of Casa Blanca’s most notable visuals is the iconic 25-foot-tall onion dome, a striking architectural feature that has become a symbol of the estate’s rich history.

Added in the 1940s by George Borg, the property's second owner, the dome was part of his transformation of the estate into a Moroccan-themed resort. Serving as the centerpiece of The Sultan’s Table restaurant and cocktail lounge, it created an exotic allure that drew visitors from near and far.

In the 1980s, the Casa Blanca Inn transitioned into a luxury residential community. Remarkably, the iconic onion dome was preserved and integrated into a private residence, now known as "The Dome at Casa Blanca." This home retains the original structure, honoring Casa Blanca’s unique character.
