On August 1, 1957, Casa Blanca's airstrip was featured in Vogue Magazine as part of a feature story about private airplane ownership and travel in the US. This excerpt is from the cover of the story and features Mrs. "George" Borg. Anybody know her first name?
"Miss George Borg learned to fly about 14 years ago, at the age of 50, acquiring a pleasant aerial bait which she has managed to transmit to her grandson, now a grown flyer and plane onwner. With Cesar, a demonstrative Weimaraner, she was photographed beside her Beechcraft Bonanza on the landing strip of Casa Blanca, the famous resort hotel in Phoenix Arizona. There she spends most of her winter with her husband, Casa Blanca owner and co-inventor of the Borg & Beck automobile clutch. A soft-voiced woman with a store of quiet determination, Mrs. Borg pilots "The Flying Saguaro", name for Arizona state's cactus, to Phoenix from their house in Wisconsin, and has a good deal of Sunday flying around the Southwest." - Credit: Vogue Magazine, August 1, 1957
